Certificate of Good Standing
Attorneys may now request certificates of good standing electronically using the Court’s Case Management/Electronic Case Filing System (CM/ECF). The required $18.00 fee must be paid online at the time the request is submitted. Completion of a Request For Attorney Information form G-63 is not required. To request a certificate of good standing through CM/ECF, an attorney must be a registered CM/ECF user. An electronic certificate of good standing will be e-mailed to the requestor within three business days. Visit the Court’s website at www.cacd.uscourts.gov for instructions.
