Duffy’s MVP points are available on qualifying food and beverage purchases at all Duffy’s locations. You must present your MVP card or “check-in” at the time of purchase to receive your points. The MVP card is not valid with any other offer. This means that if you have a coupon or other promotional offer, points will only be issued for the amount of money actually spent during the visit. MVP points are not issued, and MVP rewards are not a valid form of payment, in any transaction involving a third party ordering or delivery service.

No purchase is necessary to get a Duffy’s MVP card, however each individual may only have one active card at a time and you must have a valid email address to join.

You will be awarded one base point for every $1 spent on food or beverage. Points will not be issued for tax or tip. You will receive a receipt after every purchase which will serve as a confirmation that your points were credited to your account. To qualify for points on a catered event or banquet function, you must be a cardholder prior to booking the event. Points will not be issued for room rental or service charges and there is a limit of 5,000 points per event. The cardholder must be the individual paying for the event. (Sorry, the Tuesday Double Points program is not available for catered events).

Tuesday Double Points promo is applied to purchases only. Double points are not issued to any bonus points or promotions.

Points may be earned only by the MVP cardholder who pays the check. Points will not be issued for the purchase of gift cards. However, if the recipient is an MVP cardholder, points will be issued upon the gift card redemption.

Every time your account reaches 100 points, the points will automatically be converted to a $10 Reward. It’s that simple! Your Reward Dollars can be used for food and beverage purchases at any Duffy’s location. You must have a valid email address and your MVP Card must be present or you must “check-in” via text or the Duffy’s App to redeem your Rewards. Reward Dollars cannot be combined with any other coupon, discount or MVP Reward.

Duffy’s Sports Grill reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to terminate the MVP Loyalty Card program, and to alter, limit, modify, or add to the MVP Loyalty Card rules, regulations, terms and conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, imposing time limits and changes in point values, Rewards, and Reward levels, all without prior notice, at any time.

Except where required by law or provided for in the program rules, Duffy’s MVP points have no cash value. Points are surrendered for Reward redemption only. Points may not be redeemed for cash. Points may not be bartered, exchanged or transferred with the intent to receive monetary value from third parties.

Duffy’s Sports Grill reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and/or void all, or a portion of, a member’s points and/or Rewards balance if the points and/or Rewards have been issued, received, or redeemed through computer error, fraud, illegal means, in a manner not authorized in the Rules of the Game, in a manner which conflicts with the intent of the program of rewarding guests of Duffy’s Sports Grill or in any other legal or equitable remedy which may be available for the Duffy’s MVP Card program under applicable law.

We occasionally send emails to random Duffy’s MVP members with discount offers and information about our MVP Card Reward program; however, we will never share or sell our list of MVP members.

Employees of Duffy’s Sports Grill are not eligible to participate in the MVP program.

MVP cards that are unused for over 24 months are automatically cancelled. All points and Rewards balances will be forfeited.

What is the MVP Program?

Duffy’s Loyalty program is designed to reward our guests. Members earn points for their purchases (1 point for every $1 spent before tax and tip) and when 100 points are reached, a $10 food or beverage credit will automatically be added to your account. MVP members can also take advantage of Call Ahead Seating and are eligible for our many offers and discounts. Please note you cannot redeem your Reward Dollars in conjunction with any other coupon, discount or MVP Reward.

How do I join?

To join the MVP program, simply see one of our team players the next time you are visiting your favorite Duffy’s. They will provide you with a MVP card and the enrollment form. You can also call us at the MVP Help Desk, (561) 585-6685 ext 2, and we will get a new card in the mail immediately. We need your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth (so we know when to give you your birthday gift).

I was told that I now need to register my card. How do I do this?

Members with registered cards are eligible for added benefits such as a complimentary gift on their birthday, exclusive free offers and more loaded right onto their card. To register, call our MVP Help Desk at (561) 585-6685 ext. 2.

When will the points appear on my account?

Points are issued when the check is closed. You will be given a receipt with your updated points and rewards at the end of each visit.

When can I spend my rewards?

When your account exceeds 100 points, the system will automatically convert them to $10 in rewards. The rewards will be available for use on your next visit. You may also choose to save your rewards over time or use them as you earn them. Please note: you cannot redeem your Reward Dollars in conjunction with any other coupon, discount or MVP Reward.

Can I combine Rewards with coupons?

Because the Duffy’s Loyalty Program “Rewards Dollars” hold no real cash value, we cannot allow the use of these “Rewards” in conjunction with any other discounts, coupons, or MVP Reward. However if you would like to use your “Reward Dollars” during discounted times such Thursday Night RibFix, you may do so at full menu price.

When I redeem my rewards, will I earn points?

No. We do not issue points when rewards are redeemed. For example, if your bill is $36 and you redeem $10 in rewards, you will only earn 26 points for that visit.

I have a coupon for Duffy’s. Can I use the coupon and earn points as well?

Yes, but you will only earn points for the amount of money that you actually spend on that visit. You will not receive points for the free items you received.

Will my MVP points or rewards ever expire?

Earned points and rewards on an active MVP card will never expire. Occasionally we do offer MVP Bonus Rewards that do have an expiration date. The expiration date is always listed in the e-mail notification and on the Account Balance page of your MVP account. Any MVP Bonus Reward that does have an expiration date will be automatically used first when you choose to redeem rewards. MVP cards that have no activity for over 24 months are automatically cancelled and the points and rewards balance forfeited.

What is Call Ahead Seating?

MVP members can call a Duffy’s location when they are on their way. If there is a wait, they will be placed on the list so that they will have less of a wait once they arrive.

How do I earn my MVP Birthday Bonus?

Registered MVP members will be sent an email automatically on the Monday of their birthday week. Your “MVP Tier” will be noted on your receipt when you visit any Duffy’s. You can also log into your MVP account anytime to view your balance at www.duffysmvp.com/mvp/login/

Why don’t I receive emails from Duffy’s?

Your email provider might be mistaking our emails for spam. Check your spam folder! To ensure delivery, add DuffysMVPrewards@pxsmail.com and Guest@paytronix.com to your address book. Also note that our system is not designed to support duplicate email addresses. For example, a husband and wife who each have their own MVP card must also each have a unique email address to receive special offers and the proper notifications associated with that account. If more than one account lists the same email address, only the most recent account will receive email notifications.

What if I don’t have an email address?

Most people have some type of email access – either at work, the library or you can even use a relative’s or neighbor’s email address. The email addresss is the key to our program and required to join. With it, we are able to communicate directly and quickly with our guests. We want to be able to keep you updated on new promotions and opportunities for even more rewards! If you have absolutely no access to email, you will still accumulate points, but you will not receive MVP reward money or promotional discounts. Since we won’t be able to contact you, there may be a few rewards and benefits that you will miss out on.

Can I earn points for catered events?

Yes. The rule is that only the person paying the check may receive points on their account. A member can receive up to 5,000 points for a catered function, provided that they were a member prior to booking the event. Obviously, points will not be issued for tax, gratuity or room rental charges. Catered events are not eligible for Double Points on Tuesdays.

What do I do if I lose my card?

No problem. You can be re-issued a card at any Duffy’s location. All of your information, including all of your points and rewards, will be transferred over to the new card number.

Will I have to re-register the new card?

No, all the information from your account will transfer to the new account number, including your username and password

What should I do if my card is cancelled due to inactivity?

Will I receive points when ordering through a delivery service?

How do I qualify to be an MVP “Gold” member?

Registered MVP members who spend more than $500 during the calendar year automatically qualify for MVP “Gold” status. Registered qualifying members who provide a valid email address will be automatically upgraded monthly.

Will I receive a new card?

No, your current MVP card will begin earning your additional MVP “Gold” benefits immediately upon upgrading to the MVP “Gold” tier.

My YTD Spending says that I have reached over $500. Why haven’t I moved into the MVP “Gold” tier?

What is Rollover Spending?

Rollover Spending is a perk to give you a head start towards next year. This means any excess spending beyond the requirement to requalify will be rolled over toward your qualification for the following year. For example, if a Hall of Fame member has $3,400 in spending when they requalify this year, $400 will rollover towards next year’s required spending. In this example, they would only need to spend $2,600 to reach the $3,000 threshold and requalify. Note – excess spending only rolls over one time, not year after year.
